The game is a trajectory puzzle. You aim, you release, and the pig travels — landing on a safe platform if you judged it well and on spikes if you did not. Stars are placed off the direct line, so collecting them all means taking the harder shot deliberately.
Levels add obstacles rather than complexity. Once you understand the arc, the difficulty is purely in reading each new arrangement.
