We respect copyright and act on properly made complaints. This page explains how to make one.
What we host. This site does not host the games themselves. They are served by third-party distribution platforms and displayed here in an embedded frame. In most cases a rights complaint is more effectively directed to the platform hosting the file, but we will act on our side regardless.
What a notice needs. To act on a complaint we need: identification of the work you say has been infringed; the address of the page on this site where it appears; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised; a statement that the information you have given is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the rights holder; and your signature, electronic or otherwise.
What we do. On receiving a complete notice we remove or disable the material identified, promptly and without argument. We will tell you what we have done.
Counter-notice. If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice containing the equivalent information, and we will consider it on the same terms.
Repeat infringement. Material that is the subject of repeated valid complaints is removed permanently rather than reinstated.
