Please get in touch about any of the following. A problem we have not been told about is one we cannot fix.
A game will not load or has stopped working. This happens when a publisher withdraws a title from distribution. Tell us which page it is and we will either replace the game or retire the page — we do not leave broken players in place.
A description is wrong. If we have described a game inaccurately, or a page hosts something different from what the title implies without saying so, that is a mistake on our side and we will correct it.
An advert is covering the game. Advertising on this site is meant to sit around the game window, never over it. If it is in the way, tell us what you were playing and on what device.
Rights and takedowns. If you hold rights to something published here, see our DMCA policy for the formal route. You are also welcome to write to us directly first.
We read everything that arrives and reply to anything that needs a reply.
